Las decisiones del consejo constan en el acta y se publican después de su aprobación.The council's decisions are recorded in the minutes and published after approval.
d. to be stated on
Las reglas para el intercambio de bonos constan al dorso.The rules for exchanging vouchers are stated on the back.
3. (to comprise; used with "de")
a. to consist of
Su vestuario consta enteramente de ropa de color blanco, negro y gris.Her wardrobe consists entirely of black, white, and grey clothes.
b. to be made up of
La colección consta de una moneda de peso por cada año del siglo XX.The collection is made up of a peso coin for each year in the 20th century.
