A reflexive verb is a verb that indicates that the subject performs an action on itself (e.g. Miguel se lava.).
1. (to be outlined)
a. to appear
El perro se dibujó en el pasillo oscuro. The dog appeared in the dark hallway.
A transitive verb is a verb that requires a direct object (e.g. I bought a book.).
2. (to produce an image)
a. to draw
El artista dibujó la silueta de la mujer detrás de la cortina.The artist drew the silhouette of the woman behind the curtain.
b. to sketch
El testigo dibujó un retrato del ladrón para que la policía pudiera identificarlo.The witness sketched a portrait of the robber so that police could identify him.

A pronominal verb always uses a reflexive pronoun. (e.g. Te ves cansado.).
1. (mostrarse, verse)
a. to be outlined
la montaña se dibujaba en el horizontethe mountain was outlined on the horizon
2. (revelarse)
This refers to an idiomatic word or phrase for which there is no word-for-word translation.
