A pronominal verb always uses a reflexive pronoun. (e.g. Te ves cansado.).
1. (to be bothered)
a. to get upset
Pensé que la música iba a hacer enojar a mi compañero de trabajo, pero este ni se inmutó.I thought the music would anger my coworker, but he didn't get upset.
b. to be perturbed
A word or phrase used to refer to the second person formal “usted” by their conjugation or implied context (e.g. usted).
(formal)
El acusado ni se inmutó cuando el juez lo condenó a cadena perpetua.The accused wasn't perturbed when the judge sentenced him to life in prison.
c. to bat an eyelid
A phrase used as a figure of speech or a word that is symbolic in meaning; metaphorical (e.g. carrot, bean).
(figurative)
Le hice muecas al guardia para hacerlo reír, pero ni se inmmutó.I made funny faces to try to make the guard laugh, but he didn't bat an eyelid.
