b. to get entangled
Los piratas se enzarzaron en una disputa por el botín.The pirates got entangled in a dispute over the booty.
c. to get embroiled
Un alumno se enzarzó en una agitada discusión sobre política con el profesor.A student got embroiled in a heated argument on politics with the professor.
4. (to have an argument)
a. to get into a fight
Los hermanos Musso se enzarzaron hace cinco años y no se hablan desde ese entonces.The Musso brothers got into a fight five years ago and haven't spoken to each other since.
