2. (to prepare the draft of)
a. to draft
Nuestro abogado se encargará de minutar el contrato.Our lawyer will draft the contract.
3. (to count the minutes of)
a. to time
Es necesario minutar los anuncios para saber cuántos se pueden emitir en cada intermedio.We need to time the advertisements to know how many of them can be broadcast in each break.
