The word discrepamos is the present form of discrepar in the first person plural. There are other translations for this conjugation.

In some areas, the prepositon "con" is used instead of "de" in the sense shown in 1), but this is considered nonstandard in some others.

b. to differ
Las opiniones discrepan en lo que se refiere a las ventajas y desventajas de la Unión Europea.Opinions differ when it comes to the advantages and disadvantages of the European Union.
c. to be at odds
Los resultados de este análisis discrepan ligeramente de los que obtuvimos el año pasado.The results of this test are slightly at odds with the ones we obtained last year.
This refers to an idiomatic word or phrase for which there is no word-for-word translation.
no direct translation
Los resultados de los dos estudios discrepan, por lo cual no podemos sacar conclusiones definitivas.There is a discrepancy between the results of the two studies, so we can't reach any definitive conclusions.
Las inversiones previstas discrepaban un poco de las inversiones realizadas.There were some discrepancies between planned and actual investment.
