1. (to lend property)
a. to rent
El propietario desea arrendar o vender su apartamento.The owner wishes to rent or sell his condo.
b. to lease
Alfredo arrienda su casa de campo para quien quiera vacacionar.Alfredo leases his country house to whoever is vacationing.
c. to let (United Kingdom)
El Lic. García va a arrendar la oficina que va a desocupar.Mr. Garcia will let the office he will vacate.
2. (to borrow property)
a. to rent
La agencia de bienes raíces te puede orientar para arrendar un departamento.The real estate agency can help you get set up to rent an apartment.
b. to lease
Si vas a arrendar la casa, tienes que pagar un depósito.If you are going to lease the house, you need to pay a deposit.
3. (to provide a vehicle or service)
a. to hire out
Puedes encontrar empresas que arriendan autos en el aeropuerto.You can find companies that hire out cars at the airport.
4. (to contract a vehicle or service)
a. to hire
