The idea is to find an English word (synonym or antonym) related to the word –

E D G E (sustantivo, verbo) and then write a simple sentence in English and Spanish for that word.

Or an unusual use of the word.

Examples:

Her experience gave her an edge over other candidates.

The letter took the edge off my anger.

La carta suavizó mi enfado.

The policeman slowly edged his way forward.

El policía avanzó lentamente.

The handkerchief is edged with lace.

El pañuelo tiene un ribete de encaje.

Ladies Lace Handkerchief

If you're going to call yourself the Edge, don't fall off the edge...

Border- Frontera

Throughout history they have built walls to prevent people from crossing borders- The Great Wall of China, Hadrian's Wall, the Berlin Wall, and now the Mexico-United States Border Wall- but I am not sure of how much success these walls have had in the long term.
