Question

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day! This is a game where you can all practice your Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time! Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the answer I feel is the best, the fact that the person has corrected their post and possibly the number of votes. Por lo general a los perros no les gusta bañarse, pero en este caso creo que este pequeño tipo haría una excepción.

A lo largo de la historia, El Niño, que incluye una subida de temperaturas en la superficie del océano cerca de Perú, ha causado inundaciones allí, pero nadie sabe qué efecto tendrá el aumento de las temperaturas oceánicas mundiales tendrá en este fenómeno.

Throughout history, El Niño, which includes a rise in the ocean surface temperatures near Peru, has caused floods there, but no one knows what effect the increase in world-wide oceanic temperatures will have on this phenomenon.
