Question

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day! This is a game where you can all practice your Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time! Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the answer I feel is the best, the fact that the person has corrected their post and possibly the number of votes. Echo. You can keep the nuestra following the noun and see what Heidi says about it, but it seems off to me for two reasons. Having the possessive adjective in front of the verb is much more common. Having a singular, feminine possessive adjective... - DilKen, Aug 4, 2017

I did it this way because it is a direct take on the Lord's prayer, where the line is 'Danos hoy el pan nuestro de cada día. I simply substituted the dog treat for the bread. That was the joke. - Echoline, Aug 4, 2017

OK, like I said, I think it is OK grammatically, but it just sounds bad to me because of ....perros nuestra...unlike pan nuestro where both are singular masculine. I don't know if there is a rule against it however. Let's see what Heidi thinks. - DilKen, Aug 4, 2017
