Pues, ¿qué se supone que debo hacer? Había un tipo aplastado en la calle. Le estoy llevando al hospital.

Well what am I supposed to do? There was a guy squashed on the road. I am taking him to hospital.

With corrections:

You are more likely to have road rage if you have a spiky personality to begin with.

Road rage is a huge problem in the States where folks get mad at each other while driving and sometimes get out of their cars and fight each other and sometimes even shoot at each other. Porcupines and hedgehogs have quills (spikes) and people who get - Echoline, Jul 9, 2017
easily agitated are said to have a sharp or spikey or pointed personality. So if you have a personality like a hedgehog you will get angry easily, and will be prone to road rage. - Echoline, Jul 9, 2017
well, that is difficult to translate, this sentence can't even be amended...sorry - 006595c6, Jul 9, 2017

@Heidita. I guess that's two in a row in this game. :( I was making fun of distracted driving which is a huge issue here in the US (e.g., texting while driving). - Sassette, Jul 9, 2017
Texting & driving is an issue in industrialized or OECD countries, ie. the US, Canada, Britain, continental Europe, Japan, etc. - NKM1974, Jul 9, 2017
oh well...however, makes no sense...nobody is texting here, anyway, texting: mandas mensajes, - 006595c6, Jul 9, 2017

Nice entry. I think we need to have a discussion about whether we should allow graphics in this game given what I have seen lately. Myself, I think we should keep the rules and focus solely on Nickelback's fine work.:) - Sassette, Jul 9, 2017
True Sassy - I got carried away because many will not know what a Zebra Crossing is. :) - ian-hill, Jul 9, 2017
I have deleted it. - ian-hill, Jul 9, 2017
Thanks, Ian. :) Of course, I always appreciate the work you put up on SD. - Sassette, Jul 9, 2017

I can dart through this traffic just like I dart through a hedge.

No estoy seguro. Es un seto de arbustos. :) - bosquederoble, Jul 9, 2017

Viewers, learn from my mistake:
I left the key in the ignition and this kid took my car for a joyride.

If these idiots don't move soon, I'm going to lose my spines!

(A quick bit of research tells me that hedgehogs sometimes lose their spines when under extreme stress.)

The hedgehog is talking to his friend 'dog' who is sitting on a seat in the back of the car! " I tell you, it makes a refreshing change to be able to cross the road safely but that's a really 'prickly subject!" wink

Please help me, I want to respectfully ask and understand why 'that's (that is) is translated as este es not as ese es ??? - FELIZ77, Jul 9, 2017
Is it because Spanish natives in effect say: This is a prickly subject? - FELIZ77, Jul 9, 2017
