Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day! This is a game where you can all practice your Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time! Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the answer I feel is the best, the fact that the person has corrected their post and possibly the number of votes. Please, give everyone a chance and only post more or less one caption and no photos. . Please encourage everyone with a vote. . .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun.

The doctor has ordered to my mother in law to swiming each day and I have put in the swimming poola fish, like the one in the picture to keep her company.

In the swimming pool or into the swimming pool?

Corrected:

The doctor has ordered my mother in law to swim each day and I have put fish, like the one in the picture, in the swimming pool to keep her company

by the way, the doctor has congratulated me because the exercise and the healthy diet has definitely done her good and has told me too that se still will live 100 years more.

This fish thought he was the big fish in this small pond, but he was no match for me.

The fisherman in the picture: "You think this one is heavy? You should have seen the last fish I caught...it broke the bathroom scales!. Now, (this time) I have to sell this fish to pay for new bathroom scales for my wife! Well yeah, I'm tempted to leave (place) this fish on the (bathroom) scales as a practical joke, but the last time I did that my wife locked me out of the house (refused to let me in the house) for a whole week! (Laughs)!"

It's no wonder that this fish is called tiger fish, because it has teeth of a tiger, very dangerous.

Mister Wade, again, when I say "cheese" you give me a good smile. The fish listens to me better than you do.

When he met this fish it was a case of kill or be killed.

I would say "¿No está sucia su ropa?" (condition of the ropa.) - Daniela2041, Apr 6, 2016

How do you like the catch of the day? Does anybody want a fresh fish steak in garlic sauce?

Will the man eat the fish or will the fish eat the man? Place your bets now, folks.

Usually, but not always words ending in ion and z are feminine eg la luz / las luces but pez is masculine. I hope this helps :) - FELIZ77, Apr 6, 2016
