Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day! enter image description here This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them and H C A student continued.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and only post more or less one caption and no photos.

Please encourage everyone with a vote. smile

. .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

In our country, black cats mean bad luck, thus so much bad luck is not bearable.

Taking the "I'm a cat lady" thing a little too far.

It’s easy to decorate your Christmas tree if you have enough number of cats.

It is said that using a living Christmas tree is better for the environment, but you have to have a place to care for it after the holiday as it is supposed that it will form a permanent part of your landscape.

The owner of this house is a person from Madrid, and colloquially his friends also call him 'un gato', en España! wink

gato (Esp fam) (madrileño) a person from Madrid

Editor's note: I am tryng to do a pun on the Spanish word 'gato', because according to my Oxford Spanish Dictionary, the word gato can also mean a person from Madrid . I think it is a colloquial term (of affection)!

Most people have a Christmas tree. Myself, I'm more into decorating for Halloween.
