Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!**

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them and H C A student continued.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and post one or so captions and no photos.

Please encourage everyone with a vote. smile

. .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

When you see double, the time to stop drinking has already passed.

Obviously he took the green pill and is way down the rabbit hole.

Is this a parallel universe? Because I can't drop this glass.

It may be that twins do a trick with this glass.

Esto es divertido… si no se rompe.

This is fun… if it does not break.

The repeating multiple echo of the glass gave birth to the inspiration of playing 'pong' through the looking glass.

Hi, Roveg. Could you take down the picture please? This is picture of the day and no pictures are allowed. Thanks. (Just edit it out). - sanlee, Aug 23, 2015
Thanks, Roveg! It was a nice picture though. :)) - sanlee, Aug 24, 2015
:) - Pablo064, Aug 24, 2015
Translating 'pong' threw me for a loop, I figured I needed a visual aid. Pong is not ping-pong, although the idea is basically the same. Just as ping-pong is not lawn tennis. - roveg, Aug 24, 2015
and Thank you Pablo064, but is 'mirando a través del vidrio' truly 'through the looking glass' and not 'looking through the glass'? I mean to allude to the novel by Lewis Carroll, which is so titled. - roveg, Aug 24, 2015
I thought they were the same jeje..it just could be 'a través del vidrio' although 'looking glass' could be sort of 'reflejo del vidrio' like an 'espejo' - Pablo064, Aug 24, 2015
They are the same. Looking glass has an old timey feeling, and is not commonly used. I check on and find that a Spanish translation uses 'a trevés del vidrio.' Thank you! - roveg, Aug 24, 2015

Es posible que sea solo una pesadilla.

It's possible that it's only a nightmare.
