Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!**

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them and H C A student continued.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and post one or so captions and no photos.

Please encourage everyone with a vote. smile

. .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

Very easy! This would be a piece of cake to Columbo.

..pienso que escribir.. :) - Pablo064, Aug 19, 2015
or literal 'pienso en algo para escirbir..remember that in Spanish 'to think of/about' is 'pensar en/sobre' ;) - Pablo064, Aug 19, 2015
Oh Pablo, I thought that was a straightforward sentence... Thanks, many , many thanks for all your patient corrections! - annierats, Aug 20, 2015

Mom always says don't play with your food, but this isn't my food, it was meant for our guests.

Me pregunto cuántas personas se puede alimentar.

I wonder how many people it can feed.

It's a disaster in the country of dwarves! Someone ate a big piece of this cake which is an important intersection and I think he prepares to eat another. So whole cake will disappear.

..para comer otra..tarta would be 'pie'.. and 'cake' is 'pastel' or 'torta' ;) - Pablo064, Aug 19, 2015
No otra tarta, sino otro trozo. Gracias Pablo - porcupine7, Aug 20, 2015

The Jolly Green Giant has prepared this cheesecake for "Mousezilla"

(I know this is horrible---please don't ban me!)

Cop on walkie-talkie: Did someone say a crime occurred ?

No, I said it occurs to me that this cake is extra creamy...

The real crime here is who stole a slice of cheesecake and got blood all over another. Some one will pay for this waste of cake.

After the year during which Beckett staged a fake murder in the apartment next to Richard Castle's apartment so that he would see it and investigate it she no longer had any idea of how to beat that and had to settle for buying him this cheesecake.

For those who have never seen the show- Castle is a murder mystery writer, Beckett is a homicide detective, and Castle follows Beckett around helping her solve cases and getting ideas for his books. :) - bosquederoble, Aug 19, 2015

Eating foods too sweet every day could be like committing a crime to the body.
