Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!**

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them and H C A student continued.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and post one or so captions and no photos.

Please encourage everyone with a vote. smile

. .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

Here is the previous Picture of the Day:

In the 60s I had an Austin Healy Sprite, that was called "the bug eye" for the headlights that it had, but these Morgan cars are more classic still. I had a lot of adventures in it, including a journey from San Francisco to Mexico City.

A friend of mine, now inhis 80's had one and drove from England down to Mallorca, years and years ago. His head got totally sunburnt but he had a fantastic time, ferries were basic and there was no traffic. - annierats, Jul 25, 2015

No one apparently even knows what these cars are. They are British-built Morgans, most from the 1960s and 1970s. Truly hand-built, one at a time and with wood in much of their construction. Their style and construction had not changed for decades but they definitely are not "old"

**Fabricados a mano, - Soybeba, Jul 24, 2015

It's noticeable that the women have gone to the bar , where they are now drinking glasses of wine and chatting.

No estoy segura, querido mío.

¿Puedes conducirlo?

¡Por supuesto!

¡Vale, Vamos!

¡Muchas gracias, Beba! smile

My dear, can we go to the antique care show today?

I'm not sure, my dear. I know that you are going to want to buy a blue Volkswagen Beetle like you had many years ago when we met for the first time.

Yes, it is my dream.

Can I drive it?

Of course!

OK! Let's go!

I would say- "Give my wife a peacock colored one", but the truth is that I suggested that she investigate a Mazda Miata, and she decided that it was too small and she didn't like it- and one year after when I told her that I would buy her a new car, she only has chosen the color.

• Look at that, how pretty! These didn’t break down and they weren’t made from plastic. They remind me of my Volkswagen Beetle, how it worked in a half meter of water and it didn’t fail.

We had also a Volkswagen Beetle for 30 years - porcupine7, Jul 24, 2015
I had two (one after the first) for more of 10 years and I sold it because it was very expensive (I didn't get its original spare parts). - Soybeba, Jul 24, 2015
So did we, Beba. My husband wants another. **They remind me of* my Volkswagon.... Very good. - sanlee, Jul 24, 2015

Gracias, Sandy, dudé si iría o nó. - Soybeba, Jul 24, 2015
Findy: it is a very strong and friendly car. But I bought my first VW Beetle of 5th or 6th-hand. It was made in 1950, and it was working perfectly several decades later, when I saw it. I could use it 6 or 7 years, when I changed it for other one a bit - Soybeba, Jul 24, 2015
newer. It never left me on the road, but it was very expensive by its spare parts and to need a mechanical specialist. - Soybeba, Jul 24, 2015

Excellent English Beba, ....but it was very expensive **for** its spare parts and **for needing** a mechanical specialist/mechanic. - sanlee, Jul 25, 2015
