Picture of the Day: You called?

Question

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them.

• Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

• Pon tu comentario/ título/ pie de foto a esta imagen (ambos en español y inglés) y vota por las respuestas que te gusten. La mejor respuesta será seleccionada mañana, tanto por la cantidad de votos como por la corrección en el uso del idioma.

• Please, give everyone a chance and only post one caption and no photos.

I would use "Has anyone seen (alguien ha visto)." I also would avoid the comma splice by putting a question mark after "boyfriend" and starting a new sentence. I'm not sure what purpose the "no" serves at the beginning of the sentence. - AnnRon, Jan 8, 2015

Looking at the "no" they could be saying" ¿No ha visto nadie a mi novio?" The alguien changes to nadie when you start a sentence negatively - Daniela2041, Jan 8, 2015

Esto soy yo....intoxicado con nébeda.

"intoxicado" has more the meaning of "poisoned" (maybe you have something there) For drunk we say "borracho" or "ebrio" , with the former being the most popular. - Daniela2041, Jan 8, 2015
