enter image description here Hello and welcome to the picture of the day!

  • This is a game for practicing languages through fun.

  • Rules are simple, here they are (just like RelaxingCup described it):

-Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy. ;^)

-Please, give everyone a chance and only post one caption and no photos.

I really hate it when that cat chases us into the lake.

Hola.. "Me odio" or just "odio"? - gringojrf, Feb 12, 2014
I'm note sure, but it is "cuandO", not "cuandA" :) - 00b5f6c6, Feb 12, 2014
How about "Lo odio..." ? - NikkiLR, Feb 12, 2014
Thanks Nikki. - gringojrf, Feb 12, 2014
:)))lol - annierats, Feb 12, 2014
Only "odio". we say "lo odio" if you omit what you hate. "Me odio" if you hate yourself. - Keirlen, Feb 12, 2014
Thanks Keirlen. - gringojrf, Feb 12, 2014
I have a question then... I see a lot "lo odio cuando...". This is incorrect? - NikkiLR, Feb 12, 2014
mmm Maybe lo odio, when you're talking about a specific person: Ese Nelson, "lo odio" cuando corrige mal. - nelson_rafael, Feb 12, 2014
The other option: Odio cuando Nelson corrige mal... - nelson_rafael, Feb 12, 2014
No, it wasn't with people... here is an example I found -- "Lo odio cuando hacen eso." - NikkiLR, Feb 12, 2014
So, that would be incorrect? - NikkiLR, Feb 12, 2014
It doesn't sound good. Lo odio cuando... I'd swear that it's incorrect. - nelson_rafael, Feb 12, 2014
Ok, thank you! - NikkiLR, Feb 12, 2014

Use the imperative: Salta alrededor. salta y baja... it is the coomon use in children's songs. I invented one: Salta aquí, salta allá. Salta más, ¡Baja ya! :) - nelson_rafael, Feb 12, 2014
Muchas gracias Nelson! :) - rac1, Feb 12, 2014

7, 5, 9, 8 . Black dog is disqualified , this is a female event.

If the female dogs start flying, the male dogs will not be far behind.

Thank you, Nelson. I have come across this particular phrase in my daily reading. I wanted the use of "sea" in this phrase so I could use "lake" as well . I thought it fit this situation. I certainly do appreciate all of your suggestions. - 004dd567, Feb 13, 2014

The dogs are no longer content with catching Frisbees. They have to be the Frisbee!
