I don't think this is covered in the rulebook.

No creo que esto se cubrese venga en el libro de reglas.

'to cover' plays a figured sense, here. We use it in Spanish too. In this case I would say: "Yo no creo que esto venga" or "que esto esté incluído" + "en el libro de reglas." Un saludo. - RelaxingCup, Dec 22, 2013
