Hello everyone,

The Picture of the Day. Game for practicing and having fun.

- Guidelines -

Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy. ;^)

Remember to correct your posts as suggested. Posts that are not corrected cannot be "accepted".

Please give everyone a chance and only post one caption and no photos.

I will advise on the Spanish part, and I'm still looking for volunteers on the English part.

This is the previous: Picture of the day: What's this, Mom!
(Please correct my English)

"van a ser unos Nikes caros". Saludos :) - RelaxingCup, Dec 13, 2013
Thanks RC. Is that because "unos" implies an estimate on what size the shoes will actually be? - vevans, Dec 13, 2013
That's because you're talking about "a pair" so you can say "Esos van a ser un par de Nikes caros" or "unos Nikes caros". - RelaxingCup, Dec 15, 2013

How did the golfcart arrive without leaving tracks?

When the giant was done playing with his toy car he just left it in the middle of the desert.

No need of first "la" because you are naming her "mi esposa" later. :) - RelaxingCup, Dec 13, 2013
I would say: "Hace unos instantes/minutos". Saludos. - RelaxingCup, Dec 13, 2013
Thanks RC. - katydew, Dec 14, 2013

¿Tres soles?

I don't have a problem with the foot prints, but how strange are the shadows. Three suns?

¡Mierda!

Darn! I remember only eating the cursed beans this morning, not climbing the beanstalk!
