Gracias amigo , I could say it was a typo, but it would be a "white lie" - ray76, Dec 12, 2013
It's OK. Just make sure you send it straight back in where you ate it from. Then you can eat it again. :) - Naya_Dask, Dec 12, 2013

¡Si no quita esto fuera de mi vista, voy a llamar a mi abogado y voy a interponer una demanda contra usted por maltrato infantil, mamá. Y ganaré.!

If you don’t take this out of my sight, I’m going to call my lawyer and bring a lawsuit against you for child abuse, mom! And I'll win!

Nowadays that is all too true! - rac1, Dec 12, 2013
RC? Any corrections on this please? It's basically the second part I'm interested in. - Naya_Dask, Dec 13, 2013
"Si no quita esto fuera de mi vista, voy a llamar a mi abogado y voy a interponer una demanda contra usted por maltrato infantil, mamá. Y ganaré." :) Un saludo Naya! - RelaxingCup, Dec 13, 2013
So, you repeat "voy a" after the conjunction "y", not the same thing in English. How strange! Anyway, thanks and good afternoon RC. :) - Naya_Dask, Dec 13, 2013
It's not necessary Naya, you can also say: "voy a llamar a mi abogado y a interponer una demanda" or just "voy a llamar a mi abogado e interponer una demanda" :) - RelaxingCup, Dec 13, 2013

RC, Mikey was a character from a television commercial for a breakfast cereal called "Life". - Mainer, Dec 12, 2013
Bam! - Ranman, Dec 12, 2013
Yikes! Thanks RC! Mikey isn't a pet, so how should I correct? - rac1, Dec 12, 2013

Jeje!Good one annie! - Jraider, Dec 12, 2013
Jajaja, I just watched that commercial: "nutritious, delicious". If 'let's get Mikey' = 'let's give it to Mikey' then my previous correction qualifies. If it's more like: 'let's see what Mikey does' then "Veamos qué hace Mikey". Saludos - RelaxingCup, Dec 12, 2013
Second thought: yours is probably perfect. The problem is mine because I'm trying to understand (and translate) every nuance of your English sentences. Perfect! - RelaxingCup, Dec 12, 2013
