New game - Find a word - _ _ _ _ H

Question

The idea is to find an English word of 5 letters that ends in H.

_ _ _ _ H.

And then write a short sentence in English and Spanish using that word.

Example:

He’s had a rough time recently.

Lo ha pasado mal últimamente.

Eso es todo, fácil ¿no?

It's hard to find a word in Spanish that ends in "h" but there are one or two, includling "crónlech", which is quite a catch..

Es difícil encontrar una palabra en español que termina con "h" pero hay dos o tres, incluyendo crónlech, y es una maravilla.
