Differences between South American/Spanish Spanish
Hi!
I am in Spain and have just started to learn Spanish. I have noticed differences from the Spanish on this site and the Spanish they use in Spain. Let's say, the Spanish say "las patatas, not las papas", and they pronounce Cs differently. Could someone explain to me the differences between the languages?
Gracias!
Barbara

When Columbus came to America, he didn't bring everyone with him.
Thank you!
I found this thread useful (for anyone else confused about the differences)
