Is there "easy" way to type in Spanish?

Question

Here is what I mean - If I want type in Polish (I am Polish ) I can set up my computer to language - Polish, keyboard - Polish (Programmers). From this point I can type specifically Polish letters by pressing right Alt and similar letter of english alphabet. Is there similar way of dealing with Spanish?
