I am currently translating a PowerPoint presentation from English into Spanish and could use some help. The presentation, which is on failure analysis of integrated circuits, includes some specialized terms that I had difficulty conveying from English to Spanish. If anyone is familiar with these terms, I would appreciate comments-- and please feel free to leave grammar comments as well. Being fairly new to this, I'm sure I've overlooked a lot! ¡Muchísimas gracias!

Sentences I was unsure about are in red.In addition, I am not necessarily going for a literal translation as long as the main ideas are communicated correctly. The English paragraphs are a basic approximation of the meaning I am trying to communicate.
