problems with changing password

[size=3][/size][color=purple][/color]Hola! I wanted to ask how do I resolve this problem...

When I logged on the other day I realized I had forgotten my old password. So I went to the link that said forgotten password and as I did that I was sent a temporary password. Now when I checked my inbox I clicked on the link sent by Spanishdict.com and I was able to log on.

Now the problem is that when I went to mypage to create a new password and I typed in the password GIVEN to me by spanishdict.com and typed in my new password there was an error and the window that popped up said that the password was incorrect.

Help, ayudame por favor...the temporary password given by spanishdict.com is hard to remember...

What can I do to resolve this problem'?

I believe this issue has been resolved. The email address should be used for the login. Let me know if you still have trouble with this.

Hi,
I had trouble logging in. The log in screen asks for your email address and password. This would not work, so I put my screen name in the email box, and my password in the password box, and it worked. I can now login. Looks like a great site, thanks.

Instead of putting your email address, put your username. In the box below, put your password. It worked for me.
