how would you say with them in spanish? as in ...Do you want to go with them'

Hola.
With them, significa "con ellos".
¿Quieres ir con ellos'

Terry is correct, but if the group consists entirely of females, it would be "con ellas."

I think consigo is fine. Can someone more knowledgeable than I help out here?

No, consigo can't be used here. It can mean "with them," but only in a reflexive sense. That is, "They always carry their cell phones with them" "Siempre llevan sus celulares consigo."
