Our dictionary says bilingüe. I dont know if it is the same for either gender

No offence, but you're not exactly bilingual. First of all, it is "bilingüe" both for men and women, and you CAN'T leave prepositions at the end of a sentence like in English: instead of "¿Qué nivel estás en'" you must say "¿En qué nivel estás'".

Hola Lazarus,
You are very good and this IS the rule but, there are a few exceptions to this rule.
There are a few prepositions of location such as adendro, afuera, arriba, and abajo
that MUST come at the end of a sentence but, for the most part you correct.
