Gourmand (big eater). There may be other meanings, as well but that's the one I know.

In English I woudl use the word glutton or pig in the first context

It's more common "comilón" with the meaning that Quentin have said (glutton ) instead "comelón", in fact I've never heard it before. I thought it was misspelled until I looked it up in a dictionary.
