ASK A QUESTION can one help?

Are you asking how to say it in English, or how to say it in Spanish?
You need to let us know what country's usage you're interested in, because the translation is going to vary regionally. (You can search for "inodoro" in the Search Forum box and see an entire discussion about how to say toilet, restroom, etc.)
Ese ''? es solo para los hombres/caballeros.
As Natasha pointed out in the previous thread there were about a dozen different ways to say "toilet" (depending mostly on the region/country).
P.S. Please change your title to say "That toilet is for women only." Otherwise, whenever the administrators come back, they're going to delete this discussion.

You said that it is for Men.
It should be: Ese inodoro / excusado / etc. es solo para las mujeres.
