i don't understand what this means a spanish girl sent it to me and i'm not that good with spanish but i want to talk to her.please someone help.

Don't worry, It is not Spanish, but some sort of SMS codified sentence with extra spelling mistakes. It is like "Duyu noumi? (Do you know me'), but even worse.

Conoses = conoces (you know)

The rest doesn't make sense to me.
