Dejar

Question

I want to know how to use 'dejar' to say 'can I leave my bag here'' I know the main bits like 'bolso' and 'aqui' but don't know how to form the sentence. I want to say this when I go shopping at the local shop with my big shopping bag on wheels.

You can say:

¿Puedo dejar mi bolso aquí?

If we are talking about a shopping "car" we use the word "carrito"

¿Puedo dejar mi carrito (de la compra) aquí'
