"¿Se van'" has two possible meanings:

1) Are they going?
("they" can be either masc. "ellos", or fem. "ellas")

2) Are you going?
("you" can only be "ustedes", a respectful form for addressing a group of people)

"Ustedes" is the plural form of "usted". In written language you can also use the abbreviated forms
- Ud.
- Vd.
(usted)

and

  • Uds.
  • Vds.
    (ustedes)
