Veterinary language barrier, Please Help!!!

I am a veterinary technician at an Animal Emergency Clinic and I am desperately trying to explain to my client that her epileptic dog has continued to have seizures during its hospitalization. I need her to understand that her pet must go to her regular veterinarian this am for continued treatment and that her pet's condition is very serious. I am clueless. Are there any clue words I can use to help her understand''

Señora, su perro está seriamente enfermo. Ha tenido ataques epilépticos durante su estancia en el hospital. Debe ir con él a su veterinario habitual y continuar un tratamiento . Su condición es grave.

Su perro sigue teniendo ataques epilépticos durante su hospitalización. Debe llevarlo urgentemente a un veterinario habitual para continuar su tratamiento. Se encuentra en un estado muy grave.
