what does it mean'

Not really sure, but could it be "i'm your sugar daddy" ? Chuleta is "lollipop" i think so sugar daddy is the first thing that came to mind.

Chuleta is a chop as in porkchop. Lollipop is chupa.

it looks like it could be papichulo... when i was in peru, they told me that if i saw a really good looking guy that i would say "papichulo"...as in like, he is really goodlooking, like wow. hott stuff. hahaha.
so if he is saying Soy papichulo, he's bascicly saying, im fine, hot...
