Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!

This is a game where you can all practice your Spanish and English, but still have fun at

the same time!

Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the answer I feel is the best, the fact that the person has corrected their post and possibly the number of votes.

Pon tu comentario/ título/ pie de foto a esta im! agen (ambos en español y inglés) y vota por las respuestas que te gusten. La mejor respuesta será seleccionada cuando pueda, tanto por la cantidad de votos como por la corrección en el uso del idioma.

Please, give everyone a chance and only post more or less one caption and no photos.

Por favor, deja que todos tengan una oportunidad y pon más o menos una respuesta, sin fotos. .

Please encourage everyone with a vote. . .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

Espero que nadie quiera comer semejante enorme rosquilla, porque en este caso el fin de la aventura puede terminar en un hospital.

I hope no one would eat such a huge donut , because in this case the end of the adventure can be completed in a hospital.

Homer:" I just can't believe that this is just a model for the kids to play with......what a waste of a good opportunity!"

Marge:" There you go again*, Homer, always thinking of your belly! There is more to life than food!" wink

colloquial expression/idiom meaning: You are always repeating the same thing, Homer*

Homer: "Really? Whoever said that needs to visit a shrink!"

Marge: "Homer, your devotion to me is sooo touching! Although it's Valentine's Day today, I can't imagine why I ever agreed to marry you! Maybe you are right, I do need to visit a shrink, after all! " (Psychiatrist)

I will add the Spanish later!

Sólo tengo una pregunta- sí haces algo de muchos dónuts individuos individuales, ¿es el resultado el dónut más grande del mundo de verdad o sólo una escultura de un dónut creada usando dónuts?

I only have one question- if you make something out of a lot of individual doughnuts, is the result truly the biggest doughnut in the world or only a sculpture of a doughnut created using donuts?

I agree Jubilado. - Nickelbackfan1, Feb 16, 2016
an 'individuo' is a 'person'..'individuales'..To be honest 'donuts' sounds bad in Spanish I don't know if it is masc or fem and either one sounds weird. can it be translate as 'Dona(Maybe in Spain)' or 'Rosquilla(LA dubbing)' - Pablo064, Feb 17, 2016
Leave it as is, I see 'donuts' is already in Spanish sounds very wieird to me :D - Pablo064, Feb 17, 2016
Thanks, Pablo. :) - bosquederoble, Feb 17, 2016
One day maybe all the words will be the same. I swear I have seen someone ask how to say enchilada in Spanish. :) - bosquederoble, Feb 17, 2016
