Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day! enter image description here

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them and H C A student continued.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and only post more or less one caption and no photos.

Please encourage everyone with a vote. smile

. .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

Here is the previous Picture of the Day:

I think it is necessary for the parents to prohibit everyone from bringing some toys to children in this house because there is more than enough.

There are two ideas regarding how to adorn your house for the holidays- that of "more is better" and that of that a few decorations to accent the view without overwhelming it can be much more elegant.

The neighbors constantly complain about all the happiness my sweetie and I bring to their children.

Mr and Mrs Hoarder: "If you think we have a lot of Christmas toys, you 'aint* seen nothing yet! wink These are just a few of the toys we found in the attic that we gave our children when they were younger! We haven't started to buy their Christmas presents for this year!Too many presents?! No, not really, what else did you expect us to do in our retirement?"

This is slang/street-talk and means you haven't seen anything yet!*

at least in LA it is 'acumulador'* (so Señor Acumulador* y señora Acumuladora)

..que les dimos a nuestros niños.. smile - Pablo064 12 hrs ago at least in LA it is 'acumulador'

Editor's note/s: In English, a 'hoarder' is somebody who 'stockpiles' some kind of possessions. In extreme cases, the material possessions can quite literally 'take over' the person's whole house and interfere with their ability to manage their daily life!

I can't wait for the after Christmas sale. No way they have room to store all of that stuff.

There are houses like this near me. Call me old-fashioned but I am sick of the emphasis on Santa and presents all the time. I would prefer that children are told the true story of Christmas and that it is a time to give to others.
