Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them and H C A student continued.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and only post more or less one caption and no photos.

Please encourage everyone with a vote. smile

. .Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

Sabía que alguien lo inventaría algun día. No hay nada como esto.

I knew someone would invent it one day. There’s nothing like it.

At least, that way nobody is going to get anywhere.

These people need a lesson in teamwork.

If suddenly one side stops rowing they will crash.

Even if you live in a land-locked country without large lakes, with innovation it is possible to train a rowing team to enter into the Olympic games.

Bolivia is the only landlocked country in LA maybe in that way I might remember how to say 'sin acceso al mar' in English :D...en los Juegos.. would be better - Pablo064, Oct 23, 2015
Thanks, Pablo. Bolivia has lakes though. :) - bosquederoble, Oct 23, 2015

Y el ganador es..... nadie, realmente.

And the winner is......no one, really.

This strikes me as a metaphor for the United States Congress.

Didn't anyone ever tell them that you cannot dig a hole in water?

Not always the key to teamwork is rowing in the same direction.

Suggestion for English. The key to teamwork is not always to row in the same direction. Good answer! - sanlee, Oct 23, 2015

This is a good sport for photographers as it's really easy to achieve a good close-up shot.

It's a "tug of war" in the water, The team that pushes the boat to the other side wins.
