I have had horchata in Valencia and it is delicious - it is made from tiger nuts. I have just checked on the net and it looks like there is a version in central America made from rice.

It does not use the imperative, though I have seen some using the imperative of usted which uses the subjunctive. The tu form is straightforward as it uses the 3rd person present tense
Here is a post about it but this site will have lessons if you are not sure and by the time you have changed the verbs in the recipe to third person present tense you will remember it.
