Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!

Happy Mother's day! ¡Feliz Día de la Madre!

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them and H C A student faithfully continued.

Cuando era joven, un día yo encontré una gatita en una granja y la dueña dijo que la gatita no tenía a nadie que la cuidara y animándola mucho, la gatita me siguió a casa y yo le dije a mi mamá, "Mamá, mira lo que me siguió a casa".

When I was young, one day I found a kitten on a farm and the owner said that the cat did not have anyone to take care of her, and with much coaxing from me, the cat followd me home and I said to my mom, "Mommy, look what followed me home".

Voy a evitar un chiste acerca de la obesidad, y simplemente voy a notar contarles que mi hija tiene dos gatas, y no importa lo que haga, una es pequeña y delgada y la otra no- se llama ésta Katnis, pero ahora mi hija la llama "Fatness". Creemeos que tiene genes de Coon de Maine.

I am going to avoid a joke about obesity, and simply note that my daughter has two cats, and it doesn't matter what she does, one is small and slender and the other isn't- that one is named Katnis, but now my daughter calls her "Fatness". We think she has Maine Coon genes.

Having written the first part (clause) in the past (Perfecto compuesto de indicativo) should I have continued by using the imperfect indicative followed by the imperfect subjunctive in the second part of this sentence?
