I'm going to use this new word "kerfuffle" whenever there is a conflict. I will say
Voy a usar esta nueva palabra"kerfuffle" cuando hay un conflicto. Voy a decir "Esto es un "kerfuffle" excepto pero no estoy segura de la pronunciación.
