Picture of the Day: Wave your hands in the air!

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and only post one caption and no photos.

Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

This thread would benefit greatly from an official Spanish corrector. If you would like to help out in this way, please send me a PM. We have a wealth of native English speakers, but a severe shortage of those fluent in Spanish.

Here is the previous Picture of the Day: No, I'm not drunk!

And here is the Picture of the Day:

Wave your hands in the air like you just don't care.

Sometimes the nose is so much more expressive than the hands!

Elephant: I'm a little drunk because the banana in my food was fermenting. It does not matter; I am in a good mood.

¿ Alguna vez has visto un elefante volando ? Bien, he visto un caballo volando. Ay, he visto un dragón volando. Jeje, he visto una casa volando...

Did you ever see an elephant fly ? Well, I've seen a horse fly.

I had always thought that elephants had good memories- it seems to me that this elephant has forgotten that Dumbo flew by using his ears and not by using his trunk as if he were a helicopter.

Well, now I feel old. :>) According to Wikipedia, it was the second most popular dance craze in the 1960s. - AnnRon, Jan 22, 2015

The elephant: "I am soooo excited because I've just received a Valentine's day card from Ellie and she wants to go out with me! I'm going to invite her to come with me the 'Jungle Disco' (dance) this friday night!"

Editor's note's: We didn't want to be unkind and 'burst his bubble' (spoil his fun) by telling him that all the girl elephants sign their name 'Ellie' to maintain that element of surprise, so how is he going to know which one she is??? Blind dates for elephants .......whatever next?!!! They say that elephants never forget so this could be a 'night to remember'! wink

Corrijan mi español , por favor smile

I'm amazed at how far you read into these pictures :) You should be an art critic :) - 00ffada9, Jan 22, 2015
Lol@Art critic hahaha I just have a very active and creative imagination, Hca :) - FELIZ77, Jan 22, 2015
Hca, I wouldn't like to be an art critic I wouldn't fit into their snobbish and elite circles and I would not be very popular as I usually prefer traditional art that you can make sense of and not much of what is considered wonderful of the modern art. - FELIZ77, Jan 22, 2015
style. I love pictures you can walk into with your imagination like the countryside scenes which are a bit like the picture of the Dawn Treader in the Narnia story :) - FELIZ77, Jan 22, 2015
