If a phrase of continuation begins in certainty, what should the verb conjugation be?

You should post an example in English and your attempt in Spanish. Your question is not really clear.
Hello Morgan, your question is not clear please give examples of what you mean in future at least in English! Please also complet your profile so that we know how best to help you.
Do you mean expressions like: Claro que sí /Por supuesto que sí = of course, Seguro que sí = Sure , seguramente = certainly
You can also turn them into whole sentences
ex: Estoy seguro de que vendrá = I am sure she'll (she will) come.
ex: Claro que (ella) lo sabe = Of course she knows

Yes, like grin said, your question is sort of vague. By certainty, if you mean a phrase that starts with a conjugation of poder, then you don't conjugate the second verb. Just leave it as an infinitive.
Ex: Puedo trabajar todos los días. I can work every day.
Puedes jugar béisbol? Are you able to play baseball?
Hope this helps, B.M.
