Picture of the Day: Monkey of the Opera

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!

This is a game where we can practice languages and have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain exactly as RelaxingCup designed them.

• Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

The baby monkey shouts triumphantly: "I have just found the missing link! Mr Darwin will be so (ie: very) proud of me!

The father responds with disdain (disdainfully) :"What a stupid thing to say, Nigel! He will just think that you are making a monkey out of him!"

Editor's note/s: 1. I found the expression To make a monkey (out) of somebody - dejar a algn (alguien) en ridículo in the English section of my Oxford Spanish Dictionary under monkey and so I hope that I have conjugated it completely correctly!

2 I know that monkeys would not really give their young a human name but thought it would just add to the humour concerning the link between monkeys and human beings! It is an early attempt at satire!
