I have just become aware that our senior and most accomplished forum member has just lost his mother. To Ray76, my deepest sympathy. I hope you all will join me in sending condolences to this good man who is such an intregal part of the SpanishDict community.

Dear Ray, I always loved this picture of your mom under the umbrella. She is so beautiful and delighted to be outside enjoying the sun and your company. I think you called it "Pink lady under a blue umbrella".What a wonderful way to remember her joyful ways.

We have become a very warm and loving family .
It's been quite a few days since I last entered the site, and it's sad to come and find out about this news. The end of life is always a reason to recall memories or feelings, all the perceptions we've had in life,"good" or "bad"; or whatever name people want to give them, and it's comforting to know you enjoyed you time with her.
We live to die, that's the only certainty in life, and your own experience will surely show you the way to allay the feelings this event has brought about; my condolences for your loss.
