Find a word related to T A K E

Find a word related to T A K E

11
votes

The idea is to find an English word (synonym –- antonym -- phrase or idiom ) related to the word T A K E (verb) can be a noun - remember this verb is often part of a phrasal verb

and then

write a simple sentence in English and Spanish for that word.

Example:

I like to take the weekend off to do my hobby. Phrasal verb,

Me gusta tomar el fin de semana libre para hacer mi pasatiempo.

Pictures would be nice.

Mariana has kindly agreed to be the “official” corrector of the Spanish.

I think I can manage being the “unofficial” corrector for the English, je je

This is the previous challenge

I think that in English it would be "to have coffee with me."The "how do you take it?"refers to if you want the coffee w/ cream and/or sugar. - Sherrilu, Oct 26, 2012
