Francis, (or Frank) is the English version of Francisco.

Pancho (not Poncho) is one of the shortened names (nicknames) used for Francisco. Here are some others.

Francisco = Fran, Paco, Sisco, Cisco, Chisco, Curro, Quico, Kiko, Frasco, Frascuelo, Pacho, Pancho, Panchito

"Poncho" is like a small blanket worn over the shoulders and reaches just below the waist with a hole in the center to put it on sliding it over the head.

"Pancho" is a nickname for Francisco (Frank).
