Pienso que (Creo que) Español is uno de los más importante idiomas del mundo.

I think that Spanish is one the most imporatnt languages in the world.

Pienso que el español (no capital letter with languages) es (is is English!) uno de los idiomas más importantes (idiomas are plural) del mundo.

Putting the adjective after the noun because you are differentiating Spanish from other languages.
