please tell me how I can Explain this seemingly wrong setence in subjunctive: Dije estar seguro.
I asked this sentence previousley and many of you said it is wrong. you said it is better to be in subjunctive mood. now tell me how?

First of all, there is no subjunctive at all in that sentence: "Dije" is present indicative, and "estar" is an infinitive. While the construction is definitely correct, it is not commonly used nowadays, especially in spoken Spanish, where "Dije que estaba seguro" is a much more common option.
