Tiempo y tiempo

Tiempo means weather and time? What if somebody say "tiempo es bueno", does he speaks about time (like we are in the place and the time is ok or does he speaks about weather). How to use it?

Hace buen tiempo. The weather is good. ¿Qué haces en tu tiempo libre? What do yo do in your spare time. You wouldn't say "Tiempo es bueno" to mean the weather is good.

How do we say "How is the weather?"
"¿Comó es el clima?" or "¿Comó es el tiempo?"

Welcome to the forum. Tiempo is one of my favorite and most often screwed up words. It is also featured in the English word of the day. Why not try your hand at making a sentence with it there in both English and Spanish.
